FAFSA on Demand is intended for Middlesex College students. This workshop allows students to receive one-on-one assistance to complete, renew, or edit their FAFSA application
Below is a list of information and documents students should have knowledge of/bring with them on the day of their appointment, to ensure they have the ability to complete the FAFSA application.
Note: The 2024/2025 FAFSA is available December 2023.
Note: Students who wish to receive Financial Aid for the Fall 2023, Spring 2024, or Summer 2024 semesters must bring 2021 tax information.
Information/documentation to complete the FAFSA:
- Social Security number (parent and student)
- Driver’s license numbers
- Federal tax returns (including W-2) for both parents if living in the same household
- Federal tax returns (including W-2) for student
- Records of untaxed income (child support received, investment, saving and checking account balances, and assets)
- If students are renewing their FAFSA application, knowledge of username and password, and parent’s if applicable, is required BEFORE session.
