By entering the Teen Arts Festival, I am granting Middlesex College a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce, display or offer images or recordings of your artwork and/or performances in all media and marketing efforts.
I understand that this form registers my school to participate in the 2026 Middlesex County Teen Arts Festival. This form does not guarantee adjudication for any student groups or individuals. Entry form must be submitted by Friday, February 6, 2026 in order for students to participate in the Festival.
